Michael Tabor (Tabor) appeals from an order denying his amended Rule 29.15 motion to set aside his conviction for unlawful use of a weapon. See § 571.030. 1 Because the motion court’s decision to deny relief after an evidentiary hearing was not clearly erroneous, we affirm.
This post-conviction proceeding arose from Tabor’s conviction for the class D felony of unlawful use of a weapon.
