MORRISON, Presiding Judge.
The offense is the possession of whisky for the purpose of sale in a dry area, with two prior convictions for offenses of like character alleged for the purpose of enhancement; the punishment, six months in jail.
Officer Kirkpatrick of the Cleburne police testified that shortly after two o’clock in the afternoon of the day in question he stationed himself near an upstairs window in the old V.F.W.
