A jury convicted Nicole Paige Wingfield of possession of marijuana under two ounces. Tex. Health & Safety Code ANN. § 481.121 (Vernon 2003). 1 The trial court assessed punishment at a $500 fíne and sixty days’ confinement in the county jail, suspended imposition of the jail sentence, and placed appellant on community supervision for one year.
