STEPHENS, Associate Justice.

This case arises upon a writ of error to the Municipal Court of the District of Columbia. The action was in tort for negligent injury caused, as alleged, by noxious material in a Coca-Cola bottle. There was a jury, and at the close of the case for the plaintiff (plaintiff in error here), there was a directed verdict for the defendant (defendant in error here).
