OPINION BY LAZARUS, J.:

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appeals from the order, entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, granting Alfred Lamont Geary's motion to suppress the results of his blood test. After careful review, we reverse and remand.
