Plaintiff, alleging herself to be the owner of certain -described property, averred that defendant had unlawfully taken possession of and retained the same, claiming to be the owner, thereof; that he had been unjustly in possession of said property since before the 1st day of July, 1899, and being in bad faith, he owed petitioner rents .and revenues during the entire period of his unlawful occupancy in the past, and should be hold, also, for rents and revenues during such period .-as he might occupy said property, until dispossessed by…
