This is an appeal from an order concerning alimony, attorney’s fees, division of property, and other matters reserved in a decree of divorce entered August 31, 1956.

Libellant, hereinafter called the “husband,” obtained the divorce under R.L.H. 1945, § 12243, now R. L.H. 1955, § 324-81, which provides that where a husband and wife have lived separate and apart for a term of two years or more under a bill in equity for separate maintenance, a divorce may be granted on the application of either party.
