Defendant Phillip Woodhouse petitioned the Superior Court for King County to review and set aside a sentence of 6 months’ confinement entered by a justice of the peace of the Seattle district justice court. Pursuant to an order staying proceedings and directing issuance of a writ of certiorari, a hearing was held in superior court.
