The complaint, among other things, alleges: "That the defendant's intestate, Samuel Kestler, during the year 1924, while in the employment of the plaintiff as auditor of disbursements, as hereinbefore set out, by means of two certain false and fraudulent vouchers issued or initiated by him, and made payable to the order of Phoenix Brokerage Company, one for the sum of $2,970 and the other for the sum of $4,080.16, each of said vouchers purporting to be for fuel oil, when in fact no such orders had been given and no such purchases had been made, obtained from plaintiff the sum of $7,050.16,…
