Nebraska Supreme Court

1Opinion of the CourtWright, J.

Jacqueline Paulsen appeals from a judgment entered by the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court. The trial court held that Paulsen was entitled to a limited amount of benefits as the result of a work-related injury, but the court refused to characterize Paulsen as permanently disabled. Paulsen appealed to a workers’ compensation review panel, claiming that she had suffered a temporary total disability extending beyond the date of the award and/or a permanent injury. The review panel affirmed the trial court’s decision, and Paulsen appeals.
