Plaintiff VTech Communications, Inc., appeals from a summary judgment for defendant Robert Half, Inc., doing business as Accountemps, Inc., on plaintiffs claims for breach of contract and negligence. The claims arose from defendant’s provision of a temporary payroll clerk who, after becoming plaintiffs permanent employee, embezzled substantial funds from plaintiff.
