Plaintiff, Estella L. Robbins, brought this action to review the denial of her application for Social Security Disability Benefits, and on March 1, 2001, the court issued an order and final judgment remanding the case to the Commissioner. The order and the judgment was entered on the docket on March 2, 2001.
