Sean M. Honsinger (“Appellant”) was charged with and convicted of driving while intoxicated (“DWI”) in violation of section 577.010.1 He brings this appeal claiming 1) that there was insufficient evidence to establish beyond a reasonable *829doubt the required elements of DWI, and 2) the trial court committed plain error in admitting an officer’s testimony about the horizontal gaze nystagmus (“HGN”) test results because there was no proper foundation.
