Frank v. Greenhall

Action contesting the will and codicil of Nathan Frank, respectively dated November 28, 1930, and March 3, 1931. The pleadings present issues of unsound mind, including insane delusions and undue influence. At the close of the evidence for plaintiff (contestant) the court directed a verdict sustaining the will.
