This is an appeal from a judgment for tbe specific performance of a contract for tbe sale of plaintiff’s farm to tbe defendant. Tbe defense is based upon tbe claim that tbe vendor did not have a merchantable title to tbe land, that be failed to furnish an abstract of title showing a merchantable title in him, and upon irregularities at tbe trial. Tbe trial court made findings and directed judgment for specific performance. From tbe judgment so entered, defendant appeals..
