This is an action 'by J. A. Callander, defendant in error, against Allie Adams and John E. Gaffney, plaintiffs in error, to recover the possession and to quiet title to lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, block 37. Capitol Hill addition to the town of Guthrie. The basis of plaintiffs title is a tax deed from the county treasurer of Logan county to the plaintiff, J. A. Callander, executed on ike 15th day of May, 1918.
