STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Lawrence Kottlowski, Mike Dietzel and Tony Harter (collectively “Employees”) appeal from the trial court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of their employer, Bridge-stone/Firestone, Inc., d/b/a American Tire and Service Subsidiary of Bridgestone/Fire-stone (“Firestone”). Employees filed suit against Firestone when their toolboxes, con-taming their tools, were stolen from the Firestone shop. Employees claimed that Firestone was negligent and that a bailment for their mutual benefit existed. Following a hearing, the trial court entered summary…
