The defendant, Robert E.C. Trammell, was convicted of aiding the consummation of a felony, in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-205 (Reissue 1989). He was also found to be a habitual criminal, as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 29-2221 (Reissue 1989), and was sentenced to imprisonment for 10 years.
