"KANE, J.
This was an action for damages for the conversion of a certain KeyStone drilling machine, commenced by the' plaintiff in error, plaintiff below, against the defendants in error, defendants below.. Upon trial the court found that the drilling machine was the property of the plaintiff McJunkin, and entered judgment as follows:
