Plaintiff, McKesson Corporation (“McKesson”), a U.S. company, alleges that defendant, Islamic Republic of Iran (“Iran”), expropriated McKesson’s interest in an Iranian dairy and illegally withheld dividends. This case has spanned twenty-eight years and reached our Court of Appeals five times.
