The appellants and appellees were candidates for members of the Crittenden County Board of Education. The appellees were declared elected, and the appellants began this suit to contest the election of appel-lees before the Crittenden County Board of Education on March 25,1932. The county board of education met on April 21, 1932, to hear the contest. The appellees filed a motion to dismiss on two grounds: 1.
