SIMPSON, Circuit Judge:

On July 28, 1971, a federal grand jury returned a six count indictment against the appellant, Jerry Houston Stone. Stone was charged under Count One with kidnapping coupled with infliction of bodily injury under Title 18, U.S. Code, Section 13, 1 in accordance with Georgia Code Ann.
