A policy issued by the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, as of May 25th, 1928, insured the life of Louis A. McAbee for $5,000, and by a supplemental agreement, attached to the policy, the company contracted, for additional premiums, to pay to the insured, or to his legal guardian or committee, if he were then insane, the sum of fifty dollars per month in the event of his' becoming totally and permanently disabled, and to waive the payment of. premiums under the policy during the period of such disability, and to pay double the amount of life indemnity if the death of the policyholder…
