Margreit Castellano, surviving spouse of veteran Frederick C. Castellano, appeals through counsel that part of a July 7, 2009, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) that denied entitlement to (1) service connection for bipolar disorder, (2) service connection for Alzheimer’s disease, (3) special monthly compensation (SMC) pursuant to 38 U.S.C. § 1114(s), and (4) a total disability rating based on individual unemployability (TDIU).
