The defendant appeals from a judgment against him in favor of the plaintiff, for damages sustained by the plaintiff in an automobile collision. The vital question presented is the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the verdict in favor of the plaintiff. Fred J. Cossitt, with his wife, Carrie C. Cossitt, and his son, Bruce Cossitt, who was 23 years old, lived together as a family. Fred J. Cossitt and Bruce Cossitt together owned an automobile.
