This matter came before the Supreme Court on the appeals of Steven A. Mattera (defendant), Nancy L. Mattera and Pilgrim Motors, Inc. (intervenors), and Jo-Ann Matt-era (plaintiff) from various decisions and orders entered in the Family Court in a divorce action between the plaintiff and the defendant.
