This equity action — filed in the Kenton circuit court by appellant and plaintiff below, William C. Kuntz alone, against appellees and defendants below, James C. Peters and wife — seeks to enforce specific performance by defendants of a written contract for the exchange of real estate owned by the respective parties and located in the city of Covington, Kentucky.
