MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER

BUTLER, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the Court on Petition for Injunction filed by the Regional Director of the National Labor Relations Board (“Board”) pursuant to section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(j) (Doc. 1). In determining whether a 10(j) injunction should issue, the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has determined that this Court should undertake a two-step analysis.
