This matter comes before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 105) filed by Defendant E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (“DuPont”). Plaintiff Allen Williams opposes the motion. (Doc. 106, 107, 116, 118, 122, 125, 130, 132) Oral argument is not necessary.
