Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (Harris, J.), rendered October 19, 1990, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree (two counts), burglary *739in the second degree, unlawful imprisonment in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
