The relief sought in these consolidated cases, so far as material, is to set aside the sale of a house and lot made by H. Wilson, Trustee under a certain deed of trust executed by Henry D. Hayes and wife, Mattie Belle Hayes, to secure the Bank of Dyer in the payment of a note, and to set aside the sale of 138 shares of stock made by the bank through its president, H.
