Action for damages for trespass on land. - On October 5, 1910, the plaintiff became the owner by purchase from the Northern Pacific Railway Company of seven and a half sections of land in Lewis and Clark county, lying within the limits of the grant originally made to the Northern Pacific Railroad Company. These sections connect with and adjoin other lands owned, respectively, by the plaintiff and the defendants.
