Bell, Justice.

The exception is by defendants to the grant of an interlocutory injunction as prayed by plaintiffs. Willie Dollar instituted in the superior court of Fulton County a common-law action against Fred W. Amend Company, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the defendant’s negligence. The defendant filed, inter alia, a plea to the jurisdiction, and a traverse of the entry of service. This case was docketed as number 109,485.
