In this diversity case, appellant appeals from the Trial Court’s refusing to direct a jury verdict in her favor, directing a jury verdict for appellee and dismissing this action brought in the Trial Court by appellant, plaintiff below, to recover the $50,000.00 maximum on an insurance policy issued by appellee, defendant below, insuring appellant’s deceased husband Wayne Rauch against accidental death, and naming appellant as beneficiary.
