In a medical malpractice action to recover damages, inter alia, for wrongful death, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Werner, J.), dated October 12, 1993, which granted the separate motions of the defendants Francisco Pechera, Gerald C. Finkel, and Gerald C. Finkel, M.D., P. C., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
