Counsel for the Select Committee on Aging of the United States House of Representatives (hereinafter “Select Committee”), who also represent defendants Hamburger, Gardner, Teitelbaum, and Holton (hereinafter “congressional defendants”), filed the subject motion on behalf of the Select Committee to intervene and for a protective order from a subpoena duces tecum served on the Clerk of the House, another of their clients.
