Presently before the Court is the plaintiff’s motion requesting that this Court hold Benjamin J. Guthrie, Clerk of the United States House of Representatives in contempt of court for failure to comply with a subpoena duces tecum.

The plaintiff, an independent insurance agent of the American Family Life Assurance Company, brought this suit against four staff members of the Select Committee on Aging of the United States House of Representatives (the “congressional defendants”), the American Broadcasting Companies, Inc.
