—Appeal from judgment insofar as it dissolved the marriage unanimously dismissed and judgment modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: The record supports Supreme *996Court’s determination that the best interests of the parties’ child would be served by awarding sole custody to defendant. We reject the contention of plaintiff that the court erred in considering evidence that he sexually abused the child.
