Jose Ventura-Reyes v. Loretta E. Lynch
Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
BERNICE BOUIE DONALD, Circuit Judge.
Petitioner Jose Ventura-Reyes (“Ventu-ra-Reyes”) seeks judicial review of a final removal order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”). That order dismissed his appeal of an Immigration Judge’s (“IJ’s”) order denying his application for deferral from removal under the United Nations Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). For the reasons stated herein, we DENY the petition in part and DISMISS the remainder for lack of jurisdiction.
