DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} This case is before the court on appeal of a judgment of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas for appellees Darwin Limes, LLC and Dale H. Limes on appellant Donald W. Lime's counterclaim for judicial dissolution of Darwin Limes, LLC. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
