VAN ANTWERPEN, Circuit Judge.

David Wayne Hull appeals from the judgment of conviction entered by the District Court after he was found guilty by a jury on 7 of 10 counts related to explosives, firearms, and witness tampering. We will vacate Hull’s conviction as to *135Count 7, and affirm the judgment of conviction as to all remaining counts.
