This habeas corpus proceeding is one of the substantial number in the steady flow into this Court from State prisoners that present complicated questions necessitating time-consuming processing, hearing and research for decision. This proceeding was carried to the Supreme Court by the State of New York after reversal and remand by the Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, of my dismissal of it by order dated June 11,1963 in a combined petition for certiorari involving state prisoners Carafas and West with similar claims of unreasonable search and seizure.
