Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, French, J., entered November 9, 1920, in favor of the plaintiff, in an action for an injunction, tried to the court.

This action was instituted by respondent for the purpose of obtaining an injunction restrain*450ing the city of Seattle and its officers from interfering with the operation of a certain device known as the “Silent Salesman”, of which Dwyer & Company is the lessee, and Joseph F. Dwyer, who intervened by permission of the court below, is the patentee and owner. From a decree as prayed for, the city and its officers, who were made defendants, appeal.
