ORDER

CARR, District Judge.

Plaintiff Winda M. Hunter brings this suit against defendant Ohio Veterans Home claiming breach of a race discrimination settlement agreement. 1 Pending is defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings, or alternatively, motion to dismiss. For the following reasons, defendant’s motion shall be granted.

BACKGROUND
