MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE CONFIRMATION

Introduction
On March 25, 2003, the Court conducted a hearing on confirmation of the above Debtors’ proposed Amended Chapter 12 Plan (“the Plan”). Docket No. 56. At the hearing, the Court received evidence and testimony, and entertained oral arguments and comments from counsel for the parties and the Chapter 12 Trustee, Forrest Hy-mas.
