This is the third of a series of cases involving the purported will of Oscar J. Breault, who died on July 16, 1959 and whose purported will was admitted to probate in the Probate Court of Cook County on October 14, 1959. For convenience Oscar’s purported will is hereinafter sometimes called his will.
