JjThe defendant, David Andrew Martinez, appeals from a trial court.judgment denying. his motion to modify his child support obligation. For the following reasons, we affirm. ,

David Andrew Martinez and'Mirla Gonzalez Martinez were married on May 19, 2004. The parties have one child, Andrew Allen Martinez, who was bom on December 15, 2010.
