OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Defendant gave an undercover police officer more than four ounces of cocaine on March 28, 1990, for the sum of $3,700. On April 5, 1990, and again on May 23, 1990, defendant offered to sell the same undercover officer specific quantities of cocaine for agreed upon amounts of money. However, no money or drugs changed hands as a result of either the April 5th or May 23d agreements.
