KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:

The United States government appeals the district court’s order granting Salvador Ma-gluta’s motion to suppress evidence obtained by federal and state law enforcement agents after entry into a residence for the purpose of executing outstanding arrest warrants.1 We REVERSE and REMAND.
