This matter first came before the Bankruptcy Court on the plaintiffs’ Motion to Interpret and Reconcile any Inconsistency between Debtor’s Amended Plan of Reorganization and a Contract with the City of Kokomo and to Order Specific Performance of Acts by the City of Kokomo Necessary for the Consummation of the Debtor’s Amended Plan of Reorganization, filed February 2, 1983.
